What little money these families have is siphoned out of the neighborhoods by Greedy Usurious Lenders: Pawn Shops, Pay Day Lenders, Buy Here -  Pay Here Auto Dealers,  Non-Local Landlords who all commute into the urban core to "Dance on the Backs or the Poor"

    How it Works:

  1. Choose a Social Impact Level to Invest at.
  2. At the $10,000 level an $8,000 Bond is Issued with a 10 year Maturation Value of $10,000
  3. You will also receive a $2,000 Tax Deductible Donation Receipt.
  4. We use the money raised by the bonds to invest in Neighborhoods one block at a time.
  5. We use the donated funds to cover the costs of developing the families through training and access to services​.
  6. The families use a combination of income from work and government housing assistance to pay their micro-mortgage.
  7. At the end of 10 years the families have paid their Mortgage
  8. At the end of 10 years you receive your original investment back with interest that covers your initial donation as well.
